In order to be fully Present and have focused clarity Paula practices a meditation technique called Ishaya's Ascension on a daily basis.This form of meditation allows the stress to release from the central nervous system while providing the effect of double the rapid eye movementsleep in a given night! Paula also is an Advanced Theta Healing practitioner. This healing modality works with the Theta brain wave state to access specific limiting beliefs which lose their grip when identified. Clients report immediate noticeable results in releasing old destructive habits..
Paula has a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Marketing/Management. She began her career after graduation in Sales which spanned over 12 years. This background gave her great experience in working with people toward a common goal through listening to their needs. A trait that is imperative in the work she utilizes today in every client session.
